I grew up in this business. My father founded Al-Karam Travels in 1978, and I've spent most of my life watching what it takes to earn a client's trust and keep it.
The people from those early years are the ones I remember most. The HR managers who called us whenever their teams had to travel. The business leaders who relied on us to handle their travel arrangements without constant follow-up. The families who returned year after year because they knew we would take care of them. Those relationships shaped this company, and they continue to shape the way we work today.
Over the years, the travel industry has changed in many ways. Technology has evolved, airlines have changed, and the expectations of travellers are higher than ever. Through all of that, one thing has remained constant: clients value reliability, honest advice, and people who are there when plans don't go as expected.
